Groups & Circles

Groups for expanded states of consciousness.

Join an intimate community exploration of expanded states of consciousness and the wisdom they offer for healing, growth, and transformation. These groups are open to those with lived experience in altered states through dreams, meditation, psychedelic journeys, or ceremonial practices.

Our groups offer a space for intentional self-discovery, designed for exploring expanded states of awareness and seeking meaning in their experiences. Each group is a safe, respectful space where participants can share, reflect, and connect with others on a similar path.

While spiritual emergence and breakthroughs can be deeply meaningful, these groups are not clinical crisis spaces. If you are currently in acute emotional distress or in need of crisis stabilization, we recommend working with an individual therapist before joining a group.

Embodied Integration Circle for Clinicians

A somatic-informed space for integrating non-ordinary experience

The Embodied Integration Circle is a small, in-person pilot series for clinicians and allied health professionals seeking a grounded space to integrate non-ordinary, intensified, or expanded experiences. This circle is not designed for the general public.

The circle supports integration of experiences such as dreams, psychedelic-related material, spiritual themes, and other intensified inner states. It is somatic-informed and centers nervous-system awareness, embodiment, and meaning-making rather than interpretation or altered-state induction. Sessions offer a professional, relational container to slow down, listen to the body, and integrate experience in ways that support both personal life and clinical work.

What this circle is

  • A facilitated, peer-based integration group for therapists
  • Somatic-informed and paced with nervous-system safety in mind
  • Oriented toward embodiment, reflection, and meaning-making
  • Relevant to both personal integration and clinical work

What this circle is not

  • Group therapy or clinical treatment
  • Supervision or consultation
  • A training or certification program
  • An altered-state or psychedelic facilitation space

No substances are administered or facilitated.

Reflective DreamWork — FAQ

Do I need to remember all my dreams to join?+

Not at all. Even fragments, images, or emotions from dreams are welcome. Over time, being in a dream-focused space often deepens recall.

Is this group therapy?+

No. This is not a therapy group. While dream exploration can be meaningful and personally insightful, this circle is not intended for processing acute emotional distress or receiving clinical treatment.

What kind of dreamwork do you use?+

The group draws from Jungian, archetypal, cross-cultural, shamanic, and Sufi-informed approaches to dreams — blending psychological insight with spiritual and symbolic exploration.

What can I expect in a session?+

Sessions include sharing dreams, listening to others' experiences, exploring themes and symbols, and reflecting together on possible meanings. Everyone's contributions are valued; the emphasis is on co-discovery rather than interpretation from a single authority.

Is this group a good fit for me?+

This circle is for individuals who already have some experience with dream exploration — through journaling, workshops, or sharing with others — or who feel a strong personal calling to work deeply with their dreams. You don't need to be an expert, but should be comfortable engaging in discussion and exploration.
