What this website collects
Our host may process basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser, page requested, and timestamp) for operational, security, and diagnostic purposes. We do not currently run web forms that collect clinical information. If we add analytics or forms in the future, we will update this page.
Email and phone
Email is convenient but is not guaranteed to be secure. Please do not send diagnoses, medication details, trauma history, substance use history, or other sensitive clinical information by ordinary email. For anything sensitive, please call the office at 919-636-9170.
