Coverage varies by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits, including deductible, copay, and session limits. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan — please check your coverage carefully. Helpful questions to ask:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Fee schedule

Fees vary by clinician and service type.

  • Individual Therapy (50 minutes)$160 – $175
  • Couples Therapy (50 minutes)$200 – $225
  • Couples Therapy (90 minutes)$300 – $325
  • Couples Intensives (3 hours)Starting at $750
  • Ketamine Support Sessions / IntegrationStarting at $175 (50 min); extended sessions available

Returning clients

If you are returning after a break in services, sessions are scheduled at the current rate.

Reduced fee

Limited reduced-fee options may be available with select clinicians. Please contact the office to inquire.

Payment

Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of each visit.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Intake paperwork

We'll send secure intake paperwork after your first call or email.

For your privacy, we don't publish intake forms that ask about clinical history on the website. Once we've spoken briefly, we'll share the correct forms and instructions for your first appointment.
